Modem is showing connected but no internet access Anyone else had or is having this problem. We first thought it was our router, but now we're using the wireless directly from the modem and it is showing as connected, but we get no internet access.

Apr 22, 2014 · When i double clicked it i did see my iPhone but it was not connected somehow (while wifi did show me a connection). After i selected my iphone and pressed Connect Using: Access point, i did have internet!! I did not find the solution to connect permanently but this workaround is good enough for me. Thanks for all your tips.
I’ve disconnected the Hub completely, waited 10 minutes, disconnected and forgotten our network in the phone settings, restarted, rebooted everything to no avail. The service status says its working but it’s clearly not. In fact the Sky Internet has worked very poorly the past few months so I don’t know what’s going on.
