If you open your network connection and edit your dns address close out and bring it back up and you find it changed again, then you have the DNS server virus. If you already know what your default gateway you could make sure you route directly to it under internet connections. For the IP of the router and switch, you could go to cmd prompt and type ipconfig /all and hit ok, the default gateway IP should be the router IP, once you get the IP, type it on the url and logged in from there, provided there's no ssid or passphrase enable. But the clients all are missing the default gateway in the NIC settings, ipconfig/all shows that the ip address and dns address is listed, the clients are listed with the correct record on the server under DHCP and DNS.

under ipconfig i have nothing in my default gateway. i tried a ipconfig /renew however it says unable to connect to dhcp server.
